My company helps project owners to modernize the pre-construction process from Lead Generation, Invitation to New tenders to completion of quotes while ensuring cost savings, quality work, and meeting aggressive schedules. We target the USA and Pakistani market.
I am involved in daily basis in;
- Leadership, Management and Organizational goal setting
- Budgeting & Feasibility studies for new products and features
- Setting & Implementing technical strategies to improve profitability
- Developing marketing strategies
Cloud based document control
- Recruitment of new staff for Operations & Business development teams
- Creating Training opportunities for the employees
- Review of Monthly accounts and payroll
- On-boarding third party consultants on project basis
- Interacting with the clientage to gather necessary feedback to reflect upon our service delivery and optimization of our internal processes
- Exploring new markets and products to fuel the business growth
